Accounts & age-appropriate use
Use accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Users under 18 should obtain parent or guardian permission before registration or sharing screenshots. Users must be at least 10 years old. Age self-declaration is mandatory; the declared age and verification timestamp are saved privately. No date of birth is requested.
Social unlocks
Free chat, image generation, and narration tools require sign-in and age verification (10+), but no payment or social tasks, subject to provider availability and fair-use limits. Account history is saved privately. Friendly Mode remains exclusive to signed-in Max and Ultra users. Optional social tasks unlock Pro with one or two tasks, Max with three or four, and Ultra with five. Tasks require creator acceptance; screenshots are optional. Verification is manual, not an automated platform follower check. Completing tasks is not a payment. These platforms do not sponsor Groful AI.
AI limitations & acceptable use
AI responses may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or emergency decisions. No live-search grounding is offered in this deployment. Do not request illegal, exploitative, discriminatory, or harmful content. Companions are fictional AI and must not impersonate real people or encourage unhealthy dependency.
Annual social rewards
1–2 approved tasks qualify for PRO, 3–4 for MAX, and all 5 for ULTRA including PRO and MAX capabilities, free for 365 days. A mandatory one-year follow agreement is required for activation. The first activation sets the expiry; upgrades do not restart it. No payment or automatic renewal. Provider limits may be lower than plan ceilings. Weekly reminders prompt manual creator checks; revoked approvals remove the annual reward at the next access check.
Uploads & intellectual property
Upload only content you own or have permission to share. Uploaded files are publicly accessible; do not upload confidential information. AI-generated content may resemble existing content and carries no guarantee of exclusivity or legal clearance.
Refunds, service issues & rights
The refund page is a draft for creator and legal review, not a promise of automated refunds. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by a time limit or fee. Contact support about failed service, billing discrepancies, refunds, or account deletion.
