DRAFT — CREATOR AND QUALIFIED INDIAN LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED Within 10 minutes: proposed 97% refund. After 10 minutes and within 1 hour: proposed 97% refund. After 1 hour and within 24 hours: proposed 90% refund (creator-review proposal). After 24 hours and within 48 hours: proposed 80% refund. After 48 hours: no discretionary refund, only where lawful. These discretionary limits do not exclude mandatory statutory remedies for defective, deficient, misrepresented, or undelivered service. A ₹10 administrative fee is NOT applied by this app; it may only be introduced after legality, disclosure, and consumer-rights review, and must not create an unlawful double deduction. Refund amounts must never fall below legally required relief. Requests are assessed using verified payment timestamps, service delivery, and applicable law. Historic approved refunds must be issued through the original payment channel by the creator. Processing times depend on the original provider and payment method. Payment-provider fees must not be assumed refundable. No automatic refund is promised. Subscriptions do not auto-renew in this build.
