Information collected
Authentication is handled by the platform’s Google and email authentication service. Groful AI stores account preferences, mandatory declared age and age_verified_at timestamp, conversations, social usernames, task confirmations, upload references, usage, fictional companion details, and subscription information. Never include passwords, card details, or highly sensitive information in prompts.
Private account storage
Personal app records are stored in the built-in key-value store under your authenticated user scope. Other users cannot request your account keyspace. Payment and administrative operations require server authorization. Groful AI does not store your password or payment-card number.
Public uploads — important
Every file uploaded through the app’s file-storage service is public. A private record containing an upload URL does not make the file private. Crop screenshots to remove personal information and upload only after consent. For private media storage, the creator must connect a provider that supports private buckets before accepting sensitive uploads.
AI and browser features
Prompts and recent conversation context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate responses. Image prompts use the image-generation service. Voice input and speech playback use browser features and may depend on browser-operated services. No live-search service is enabled; external searches open a separate website with its own privacy policy.
Children & companions
Age self-declaration is mandatory and requires age 10 or above. Your declared age and verification timestamp are saved privately in the built-in key-value store. Educational safeguards are applied for minors. Do not share school addresses, phone numbers, precise locations, or other identifying details. Fictional AI companions must not replace trusted human support.
Local creator records
The creator can explicitly import records into a browser-local review dashboard. Those records are local working copies, not an authoritative account directory or evidence of payment. Do not import data without permission. Local copies can be cleared from that dashboard.
Controls & retention
Use Settings to export or delete private app records. This does not automatically delete the authentication account, public files, or legally retained payment records. Contact the creator to request complete account deletion or removal of uploaded files. Data is retained until you delete it or request removal, except where legal retention applies.
